🚸 Safety & Environment

What is the immediate environment around AHS like? Are there any safety concerns nearby?

All Hallows' is located in Fortitude Valley, right near the heart of Brisbane, which offers a mix of both convenience and potential challenges. The immediate surroundings are generally quite urban, with the school situated on a hill with beautiful views, but it also means there are busy streets and traffic, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. There are a few busy roads around the area, so traffic safety is something parents and students need to be aware of.

In terms of safety and security, the school does its best to manage these urban risks—there are designated pedestrian crossings, and students are encouraged to be vigilant, especially when walking to and from school. The area can sometimes have people loitering, given its proximity to the city, but the school is well-guarded, and there’s a strong sense of community among staff and students that adds an extra layer of safety.
