How we work these numbers out
  • Order. “Best match” puts schools where your exact word comes up first. “Most talked about” uses the share of reviews that mention it. Neither is a ranking of how good a school is.
  • Comes up in X% of reviews is the share of the school's reviews that mention your search. The Brisbane average is the same share across all Brisbane schools.
  • Speak well, mixed or raise concerns is worked out by software, using only the sentences about your search. It's right most of the time but not always, so read what people said.
  • What students did comes from the sports and activities former students ticked in their review. We show it when at least 3 answered.
  • Evidence is strong when 5 or more of at least 10 reviews mention it, some when 2 or more people do, and thin when only one person does.
  • Facts such as fees, ATAR and enrolments come from each school's own documents. Fees cover different year levels at different schools, so compare carefully.
  • Open Day Reflections come from our visits to 2026 open days. They're useful, but they reflect the school's own voice.

    Review Would you recommend it?

I recommend this school as the community was great, the location was great, and as the school is rather small - its so much easier to talk to the teachers to get around. However the only drawback to smaller school like everton park was that not all classes were offered in person, and as a result to do subjects with less demand you must go online - although it doesnt sound like the biggest issue, i feel as though i wouldnt of dropped specialist math if the classes were in person.

Review What had the biggest impact

The teachers defenitely, although i wasnt the biggest fan of the higher ups that were working there, the teachers were great and bery 'human' if that makes sense. I feel like having a teacher who teaches to the class but also *talks* to the class create a geeat dynamic and someone to look up to

    Review Would you recommend it?

Yes, it was small so our teachers could help us heaps. But because it was so small, we didn’t have much stuff…

The size. It was small. Teachers would help us heaps. I’m writing not so good answers because this survey has crashed on me 3 times now.

    Review School culture

The school's culture was pretty relaxed (probably because of the little amount of students in each class). But i remeber the smart kids (include me) we always conpeted for dux/higher mark (in a fun way of course) it was pretty enjoyable and created connections with what some may call the 'nerds' and the 'regulars'

Relaxed, very australian, you could get away if a lot. But in a good way I mean.

Reviews come from parents and former students whose link to the school we've checked. Open Day Reflections come from our recordings at 2026 open days. Words in [brackets] were unclear, and […] marks a skipped part. They reflect the school's own voice, so read them alongside the reviews. How reviews work
